I’m stronger, slimmer, pain-free, and happier at 53 than I was 10 years ago!

Am I special? NO.

Do I have a special approach? HECK, YES!

Hi, I’m Tracy …

I’m a former journalist who closed her successful editing company and retrained (at 47) as a Posture & Mobility Exercise Specialist so that I could teach smarter exercise to other peri/menopausal professional women suffering the effects of sitting behind screens all day.

I’m a 54-year-old mom to three daughters (20, 18 and 11) and wife to an incredible man who can fix my computer, build me a floor desk, AND bakes me sourdough bread every Friday (#hitthejackpot).

I believe that, unlike any other time in history, midlife women are uniquely poised to claim their personal power and professional purpose …

And our aging, changing bodies should not be what stops us from going after our audacious goals.

After seeing my late mom and grandmother struggle through menopause, and become so frail and dependent later in life, I dreaded growing older.

And when I noticed my own perimenopausal symptoms, shape change, and nagging aches and pains in my mid-40s, I felt like my body was betraying me.

I went through some dark years - physically, emotionally, and mentally.

I was no fun to be around.

I turned down some great business opportunities because I knew how stiff and sore I’d be at the end of a long day at my computer.

And I passed on some great vacations because I … well … didn’t want to be seen in a bathing suit.

So when I found the missing piece in my wellness and aging journey that changed EVERYTHING for me, I was elated. I loved that I was looking better and feeling better every day.

My energy and mood were up, my weight was down, and my nagging aches and pains (and bladder leaking) were resolving all by themselves.

But I was also angry that I didn’t know about this sooner.

I had certified and taught yoga part-time since 2009, and had never come across these game-changing concepts before.

Why were alignment-based exercise and natural movement the best-kept secret?

So many of us are wasting our precious time, energy, and money on outdated programs, techniques, and exercise prescriptions.

So many midlife women could be feeling so much better in such a short time.

This had to change, and I felt compelled to be a part of that change.

And so I retrained …

I now get to teach other women a simple, science-based, and sustainable way to look wonderful, feel wonderful, and age with AUDACIOUS confidence and strength.

How lucky am I?

I love that I have finally found my true professional purpose.

I love that I get to transform and reshape the lives of hundreds of midlife women, all around the world.

The way I exercised in my 20s and 30s suddenly stopped working for me when I hit my mid-40s. 

My clothes kept getting tighter, my nagging aches and pains got worse ... and then came the bladder leaking - WTH!

It was only when I  tried a DIFFERENT approach to exercise and movement that I was finally able to get strong and fit again without injury or setbacks.

 An added bonus was that my body SHAPE changed - effortlessly.
