MEDIA & SPEAKING

Looking for a fresh voice on menopause, midlife, and aging without the aches?

Tracy Seider, menopause speaker and creator of The Reshape Method®

Aging well is about more than adding years to your life ... It's about feeling good in your body, moving with ease, staying strong, active, and independent – and not having nagging aches and pains calling the shots.

I bring a different perspective to the menopause conversation, connecting the dots between alignment, movement, recurring aches, and how well we age.

It's a practical, biomechanics-based approach that many women – and many health and fitness conversations – are still missing.

Ways we can work together

PODCASTS

I love a good conversation – the kind that gives women a genuine aha moment, not another list of things they should be doing.

Audio or video. Quick chat or deep dive. Let’s explore a different perspective on what helps women feel strong, ache-free, and awesome in their bodies through menopause and beyond.

SUMMITS, PANELS & EVENTS

Looking for a knowledgeable, lively voice on menopause, midlife aches and pains, movement, and aging well?

I bring practical insight, real-life experience, and a different lens on why women become stiff, sore, and frustrated with their bodies – and what they can do about it.

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

Want your audience to do more than sit and listen?

I lead engaging virtual and in-person workshops where women can see and feel what is happening in their own bodies, connect the dots behind their aches and stiffness – and discover a smarter way to move, get stronger, and age well.

WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?

Conversations that change how women think about their bodies and aging

I love talking about peri- and post-menopause, movement, strength, recurring aches and pains, and what it really takes to age well ... especially the 'missing piece' – full-body alignment – that women are rarely being told about.

Why nagging aches keep coming back

The usual approach focuses on the area that hurts. I explain why the painful spot may simply be the 'squeaky wheel' – and why another stretch for the sore bit may not solve the bigger problem.

Menopause changes the body, but decline is not inevitable

What changes during peri- and post-menopause, why familiar exercise approaches may stop working, and how women can respond more strategically. Because a changing body needs a different approach – not simply more effort.

The missing link between skeletal alignment and aging well

Most conversations about aging focus on strength, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition. All important – but they often skip the structure underneath it all: how the skeleton is aligned and how that alignment affects movement, muscle use, and stubborn midlife aches and pains.

Why exercise may not be fixing the problem

Exercise is essential for aging well. But when the way you exercise and move relies on compensation patterns and 'cheats', the strongest muscles can keep taking over while weaker muscles remain offline.

I explain why alignment may need attention before adding more exercise or stretches.

Why 'good posture' is not the answer

I talk about why trying to sit or stand up straight is not the same as being well aligned, and may actually leave women gripping, bracing, and feeling even tighter and achy.

How to age audaciously

What if aging well meant feeling strong, mobile, capable, and excited about the years ahead – not simply managing decline?

Have a different angle in mind?

I'm always keen to hear it.
